Our client is a high profile supplier of quality products in the leisure and fashion industry. As a part of their continued growth we are discreetly helping them to recruit an Account Executive/Sales Team Leader based in Melbourne.
The role is substantial in nature and will allow you to use your planning, leadership and sales skills to craft and grow the sales function of this business going forward. Your role will be to develop and further strengthen new and existing relationships across the retail sector in Victoria, South Australia and WA.
The ideal candidate will be a degree qualified Sales/Business Development professional with at least ten years relevant business experience, preferably three to five in a sales capacity in FMCG, Leisure, Food or perhaps Fashion. You may currently be working in a sales role and looking to take the next step in your career. The role will be office based and include national travel. You will be a self-starter who is good at managing existing accounts and have the ability to develop new target accounts also.
