We are seeking dynamic and passionate Sales & Wellness Assistants to join our growing team! In this role, you will drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and oversee sauna & wellness operations to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all members.

The organisation:

We are a newly established, one-stop destination for all things fitness, offering spacious free weights and cardio areas, reformer Pilates, group classes, wellness amenities, and a basketball court all in one comprehensive service.

The Role:

As a Sales & Wellness Assistant, you will be responsible for:

Wellness Duites:

Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing members and providing exceptional customer service.

Supporting open and close procedures

Supervising sauna operations , ensuring that it's a safe space for our members and team members, performing life guarding duties where necessary.

Ensuring club safety, maintenance, cleanliness and stock levels are up to standard.

Sales Duties:

Proactively generating and nurturing leads through a range of different channels.

Booking appointments, coordinating gym tours and communicating membership promotions/pricing options to potential members.

Accurately recording and processing information on our CRM regarding sales and members.

Responding promptly to member inquiries via email, SMS or in club.

Working closely with Club Manager to execute sales and promotions in club, whilst providing feedback to help refine strategies.

Ensuring club safety, maintenance, cleanliness and stock levels are up to standard.

Supervising sauna operations , ensuring that it's a safe space for our members and team members, performing life guarding duties where necessary.

Personal skills & attributes:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales or customer facing role.

Valid First Aid & CPR is essential OR must be willing to obtain.

Basic knowledge on gym equipment + amenities is a must.

Previous experiance and knowledge on sauna maintenance & supervision is desirable, but not essential.

A genuine passion for fitness and a desire to help individuals from diverse backgrounds kickstart their fitness journey.

Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environments, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt to varying demands.

Proactive and driven, with a strong ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
