We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced cleaner who’s ready to step up — someone with an eye for detail, a drive for perfection, and the mindset to lead.

This role is primarily focused on end-of-lease cleaning, with a few regular clients mixed in. Days can be big and fast-paced, but some weeks will be quieter — it’s the nature of the industry. What stays consistent is our standard: every job done to 10/10 quality, every time.

You’ll be trained and working alongside the owner and shown exactly how we do things. Once confident, you’ll help train a second cleaner and become a key part of the business as we grow.

This is a casual position, but we have steady work most Monday–Friday, 9–5. You’ll be supported, trusted, and paid well for the value you bring.

Your Responsibilities

Perform detailed end-of-lease and occasional regular cleans

Follow systems and ensure every job meets our high standards

Take initiative and manage jobs independently or with a team

Communicate clearly

Eventually lead and mentor a second cleaner as the team expands

We’re Looking For Someone Who

Has end-of-lease or residential cleaning experience OR is a fast learner

Has a sharp eye for detail and pride in doing things properly

Takes initiative, is proactive, and solves problems independently

Has their own reliable transport

Wants to lead and eventually help grow the team

Is trustworthy, consistent, and values being part of a small, high-performing crew

What’s On Offer

$35–$38/hr depending on experience and reliability

Casual role with steady work (mostly Monday–Friday, 9–5)
