About the Role:
Ventia are currently seeking a FIFO Housekeeper for ongoing casual shifts at our remote mobile camps and villages in South Australia.

We are looking for individuals who are focused on providing cleaning services to all field-based staff on our remote camps and villages. Our FIFO Housekeepers are responsible for the entire cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms, general cleaning and housekeeping duties within the village.

This role is FIFO from Adelaide to Moomba. It is an ongoing casual rostered of 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off in the Cooper Basin. All accommodation and meals are provided to you while you're on shift.

Please note: The point of hire for this role is Adelaide. The meeting point for this role is Adelaide airport. Candidates from states outside of S.A. will be required to make their own way to Adelaide. Ventia provides flights from Adelaide to Moomba and return upon the completion of your shift.

About you:

• Able to work away from home on day or night shifts.
• Previous housekeeping experience in hotels or remote accommodation. (highly regarded)
• Safety-conscious, with a strong focus on chemical handling, general site safety and attention to detail.
• Able to take direction and work confidently both independently and within a team environment.
• Hold a valid Australian driver's licence and confident operating a manual 4WD. (required)
• Willing to complete pre-employment checks, including (but not limited to) an in-clinic medical (with drug and alcohol testing), police check, and reference checks.
• Have unrestricted Australian work rights.
