What You’ll Do

Validate and test fleet management and automation products, ensuring they meet functional and operational requirements.

Identify and troubleshoot system issues, providing critical feedback to development teams.

Develop manuals, guides, and training materials to help users master new technology.

Work hands-on with mixed mining fleets, analyzing performance and efficiency drivers.

Collaborate cross-functionally to refine product features and enhance usability.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of site-based mining experience, with direct exposure to Fleet Management Systems and mixed fleets.

Strong technical skills – Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Suite, and data-driven problem-solving.

Validation/testing expertise – Experience creating test cases, logging bugs, and ensuring product reliability.

Communication & leadership – Ability to explain complex tech clearly and mentor others.

Adaptability – Comfortable in dynamic environments, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
