RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT

Location: Bunbury, Western Australia
Hours: 38 hours a week

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our Bunbury team. If you have a passion for style, a love of customer service, and enjoy working in a creative and nurturing environment, we’d love to hear from you.

The role includes:

Creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer.

Assisting customers with product selection and styling advice.

Operating POS systems and handling transactions with accuracy.

Maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation standards.

Supporting stock management including unpacking, tagging, and restocking.

Working collaboratively with the team to achieve daily sales targets.

The ideal candidate for this role:

Previous retail experience (fashion/gift/lifestyle preferred, but not essential). Is confident, high energy and self motivated.

A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and great communication skills.

An eye for style, detail, and design.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Ability to confidently use POS systems

Reliability and availability to work weekends and busy retail periods.

Ability to work in a stockroom environment and perform tasks such unpacking of stock as required

Necessary skills to balance customer care with administrative duties

This position is a minimum of 38 hours/week and applicant must be available to work Saturdays (at least 3 per month).

To be successful you will possess the following:

Demonstrated experience as an Sales/Store/Stock Manager/Manager (or higher level welcomed) or any related role in other industry ie Hospitality
