Our group of talented OTs & Speechies provide exceptional education and support not only to their clients, but to each other.

The role

This stella team of 38 supports clients with a range of conditions including physical, psychosocial, neurological and intellectual diagnoses. We provide support to NDIS participants, Home Care Package recipients, Medicare, TAC and private clients with the vision of providing the very best support to our local community.

Graduates and/ or Experienced OT's are welcome to apply!

As our new team member, your duties will include things like:

Providing support to clients (ages 7+) both within your current skill set while being supported to expand your skills in line with your interests.

Providing community-based services such as school and home visits

Collaborating with our team to tailor therapies based on individual client needs

Utilising the latest therapy resources/ assessment tools/ online resources to ensure quality service provision

Objectives & Key Results based working environment

We are proudly a tall timber organisation - in other words, there is plenty of well versed industry stream leaders in all facets of OT that really know their stuff and are super supportive.

Our founder and MD is also a super experienced OT, qualified OT Driver Assessor and Major Home Mods specialist who loves a chat. Great news, so is our amazingly talented Operations Manager, Mikaela who also equally loves a chat about all things allied health!

What you need

Full Australian working rights highly regarded.

Current or pending AHPRA registration.

NDIS Worker Screening Check or eligibility to apply, we will take care of this for you!

Working with Children Check or eligibility to apply.

Current drivers' licence and reliable vehicle. We can certainly help you upgrade your ride!
