About the role

This pharmacy manager role offers full autonomy and strategic leadership in a supportive, team-oriented setting. You'll manage day-to-day pharmacy operations while driving patient-centered care and vaccination services.

• Manage the pharmacy team, ensuring medication is dispensed correctly, monitoring inventory levels and maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Ensure continuous improvement and accreditation processes are in place.
  
  
  Skills & experience
• Full AHPRA registration + accreditation to vaccinate (flu + COVID)
• 5+ years of leadership or pharmacy management experience
• Experience using FRED dispensing software
• Relationship-driven, community-minded, and commercially aware

• $60-$65/hr + Superannuation
• Full-time hours Monday to Friday, no weekends

• No Webster packing | 80 scripts/day max
