What You'll Lead
- Strategic Communications - Lead our national narrative across all channels
- Brand Management - Champion and protect our brand across Australian and regional audiences
- Government Relations - Influence public policy that changes children's lives
- Crisis Communications - Lead rapid, confident responses in high-stakes moments
- Team Leadership - Guide 3+ direct reports and a wider team across multiple regions
You'll Be a Great Fit if You Bring
- Senior communications leadership experience with strategic planning expertise
- Confidence in engaging with government on complex policy issues (child rights/social policy preferred)
- Deep expertise in crisis communications and media relations
- Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Global mindset with experience managing diverse, distributed teams
