What You'll Lead

  • Strategic Communications - Lead our national narrative across all channels
  • Brand Management - Champion and protect our brand across Australian and regional audiences
  • Government Relations - Influence public policy that changes children's lives
  • Crisis Communications - Lead rapid, confident responses in high-stakes moments
  • Team Leadership - Guide 3+ direct reports and a wider team across multiple regions

You'll Be a Great Fit if You Bring

  • Senior communications leadership experience with strategic planning expertise
  • Confidence in engaging with government on complex policy issues (child rights/social policy preferred)
  • Deep expertise in crisis communications and media relations
  • Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Global mindset with experience managing diverse, distributed teams
