Maintenance Carpenter/Handyperson

Reliable Asset Maintenance is looking for an additional Maintenance Carpenter/Handyperson to expand with the team on a full-time basis. The Genuine, Flexible and Reliable person will be required to attended some of the day-to-day maintenance issues that occur across our commercial portfolios.

This portfolio is spread across a number of industries and will expose the successful candidate to a variety of work and sites.

Skills required, but are not limited to;

Can do attitude with the ability to think outside the box to provide the customer with the best solution.

Clear communication skills for both other staff members and clients.

Have knowledge and knowhow to execute small maintenance tasks unsupervised.

Ability to take directions and execute tasks at the request of supervisors.

Applicant prerequisites are below.

Must hold a white card.

Must hold a valid c class driver licence.

Must be able to obtain working at heights ticket.

Must be able to obtain EWP ticket.

Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening with random checks throughout engagement.

Must be able to obtain a working with children clearance.

Must be able to obtain a national police clearance.

Must be an Australian citizen.

Previous Experience in a Commercial Building Maintenance Position.
