What You’ll Be Doing

Selling a wide range of premium aftermarket products: paint & interior protection, window tint, electronic accessories, protection packs, and scratch & dent programs plus more!

Contacting customers post-sale to educate them on benefits, build trust, and provide tailored aftercare solutions.

Acting as the face of the car care department—delivering expert advice, exceptional service, and ongoing support.

Managing your own profit centre: setting targets, tracking KPIs, and owning your performance.

Liaising with dealership sales teams to maximise conversion opportunities and ensure seamless handovers.

Keeping detailed records using CRM tools and working across departments to maintain a premium experience.

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of automotive aftermarket or dealership car care experience (required)

Consultative, solution-based selling approach with strong product knowledge

Proven results in face-to-face and phone-based sales

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-moving, high-volume environment

Strong attention to detail, excellent presentation, and clear communication
