Toora Women is seeking a passionate and values-driven Executive Director to lead our Clinical and Drug & Alcohol Services. About the Role
As Executive Director – Clinical and Drug & Alcohol Services, you will:
Lead the strategic direction, governance, and performance of Toora’s clinical and AOD programs.
Drive innovation in trauma recovery and therapeutic care models.
Champion quality, safety, and client-centred outcomes across the organisation.
Build and nurture high-performing, inclusive teams.
Represent Toora in key sector, government, and community forums.
Shape the future of women’s health and wellbeing in the ACT.
This is a high-impact, executive-level role reporting directly to the CEO, with significant influence across the organisation and sector.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a senior leader with:
A strong background in health, social services, or government.
Proven experience in executive leadership, clinical governance, and service delivery.
Deep understanding of trauma-informed care, AOD treatment, and gendered service models.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and advocacy skills.
A passion for feminist principles and social justice.
