About the role

We are seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic team at MTG. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to our diverse client base. With competitive salaries ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 per annum.

What you'll be doing

Conducting comprehensive FCA's assessments to identify clients' functional abilities and limitations

Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help clients achieve their rehabilitation goals

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care

Providing education and training to clients, families, and caregivers

Documenting client progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner

Participating in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or master's degree in Occupational Therapy

Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Experience as an Occupational Therapist

Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of delivering high-quality, client-centred care

Passion for helping others and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
