The Role

Be your own business manager. Seen is seeking an experienced Skin Therapist with strong clinic coordination skills who can hit the ground running.

Your responsibilities will include:

Consulting with clients and performing the advanced skin treatments, including:

Lymphatic therapy by PRIN

Skin needling

Laser

IPL

LED therapy

Chemical peels

Hydration and repair facial

Seen Skin currently offers advanced holistic skin treatments, with an exciting new focus on body treatments in the near future.

Supporting clients with personalised skin health programs and education.

Performing clinic administration tasks such as answering phones, providing exceptional customer service, managing reception, receiving deliveries, and order fulfilment.

Managing stock levels and placing orders as needed.

Supporting clients with personalised skin health programs and education. Skincare brands include dermaviduals and Synergie Skin

Assisting with tasks for our sister skincare business, such as packing products—ideal for utilising down time effectively.

Seen also rents space to other practitioners; you would be the only skin therapist onsite, giving you ownership of advanced skin-related services.

This role is largely autonomous and best suited to someone who thrives when operating independently and managing their own time.

About You

You will thrive in this role if you:
✅ Have at least 2 years’ experience in the skin or aesthetics industry
✅ Are passionate about achieving real skin health outcomes
✅ Possess comprehensive knowledge of skin anatomy and analysis
✅ Are energetic and a self-starter who can work autonomously
✅ Have exceptional communication and organisational skills
✅ Are creative and enjoy sharing knowledge and engaging with an online audience
+ Are available to work three evenings per week
