In November 2021, we launched the LeTAO online shop in Australia at www.LeTAOaustralia.com. Building on this milestone, our Australian flagship store opened in Melbourne in October 2022, followed by the Sydney flagship store in October 2023.
We are excited to welcome you to our Sydney flagship store in the heart of Sydney's CBD, where you will play an integral role in delivering the LeTAO experience to our customers.
About the Role
Collaborate with the Operational Manager to lead the team in achieving sales KPIs and delivering excellent customer service, while enjoying generous performance-based bonuses.
Exceptional upselling skills, maximizing the value of each transaction, while inspiring and guiding the team to achieve KPIs and secure performance-based bonuses.
Ability to delegate tasks effectively and ensure all workflow is handled efficiently by staff
Strong leadership skills to assist in the guidance and training of new workers
Excellent organizational skills for managing worker schedules, day-to-day priorities, and stock
Ability to multi-task, switching focus from one job to another
Ability to keep calm and level-headed in a high-stress environment
Excellent customer service skills for assisting with retail floor responsibilities
Daily Tasks
Lead the team alongside the operational manager to ensure
LeTAO’s policies, procedures, and standards are followed, maintaining the company’s reputation and global brand image.
Ensure guests are always greeted warmly and receive friendly, responsive service.
Make sure all food and drinks are prepared and served according to LeTAO’s standards.
Achieve company goals in sales, service, quality, cleanliness, and facility appearance by training staff and creating a positive work environment.
Oversee inventory control and ordering, ensuring products are received correctly and deliveries follow LeTAO’s procedures.
Inspect equipment regularly to ensure it’s clean and in good working condition.
Schedule labor based on business needs, ensuring proper staffing while staying within budget.
Enforce company policies and take prompt action for any violations, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
Stay up-to-date on health, safety, and labor regulations to ensure full compliance.
About You
Minimum of 2+ years of hospitality or Retail management
Knowing how to upsell skill is a must
Able to identify business insight by analyzing sales and operational data.
Pay attention to details
Can do working attitude
