You'll be at the heart of patient care—conducting comprehensive assessments, developing care plans, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and wellbeing. Your clinical judgment and communication skills will be key as you respond to evolving patient needs, mentor junior staff, and contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement. You'll engage in meaningful conversations with patients and families, provide culturally sensitive education, and play an active role in shaping care practices.
