At Home Care supports adults and children with complex care needs to be as independent and healthy as possible so they can pursue their goals and live life to the fullest. As a registered NDIS service provider we offer complex high care, including private in-home care and nursing services, through to social support and daily living assistance.

Our nursing team enjoy flexible and consistent working hours at convenient locations, and attractive pay rates – all while making an incredible difference every single day.

As a specialist disability service provider, we also have specialist Paediatric and Ventilator-Dependent Quadriplegic (VDQ) Nurses. At Home Care provides paid training in these areas, so you can develop these specialised skills and increase your earning capacity in a more challenging role.

About the Role

When you are part of a team who works together to support adults and children living with complex care needs, no two days are the same.

Depending on the situation, you could find yourself:

Providing clinical care to our complex care clients

Problem-solving in a client’s home to help them achieve their unique lifestyle goals

Clinical training for nurses and support workers

Providing on-call telephone support to ensure our Support Workers have access to clinical expertise while they’re on shift.

Helping a client access the community safely by accompanying them on their day-to-day outings (and having some fun along the way!)

Completing nursing documentation to support our clients and care team.

We are currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated and experienced Full Time Paediatric Nurse.

Desired Skills and Experience

Enteral feeding management

Tracheostomy and ventilation management

Seizure management

Suctioning, oxygen therapy and dysphagia management

Experience in caring for medically complex children

Mandatory Requirements

Current AHPRA Registration

Complex care Paediatric experience

NDIS Worker Screening check

Working with Children Check

CPR certificate

A valid driver’s licence

Right to work in Australia
