Water Tank Operator - Key Responsibilities

You'll help manage water systems on-site, maintain equipment, and ensure everything runs safely and efficiently.

Maintain the freshwater tank, ensuring it's always filled and ready.

Manage the wastewater catchment area, making sure runoff is properly contained and processed.

Monitor and operate water filtration systems to ensure only clean, treated water is returned to the freshwater tank.

Oversee and help maintain approx. $600,000 worth of specialized hydro demolition equipment.

Assist with basic troubleshooting and regular system checks to ensure smooth operation.

Follow safety protocols and communicate effectively with the team.

Hydro Demolition OperatorKey Responsibilities:

In this position, you will operate and maintain a high-pressure water pump used for concrete removal in hydro demolition work.

Operate and monitor a high-pressure water pump used in concrete demolition.

Ensure the pump runs smoothly and efficiently throughout the job.

Perform basic troubleshooting and support routine checks to prevent issues.

Work closely with the team to maintain safe and effective operations.

Look after the equipment and report any concerns or issues promptly.

What We're Looking For:

Mechanical understanding or hands-on experience with equipment - mechanical fitter or maintenance backgrounds are ideal.

Someone who is punctual, switched-on, and willing to learn.

Able to follow procedures and stay calm under pressure.

Works well in a team and takes responsibility for their tasks.
