We’re seeking a passionate contractor Occupational Therapist to support our growing client base in South East Melbourne.

The Role
This contractor position offers a diverse and rewarding caseload across the NDIS, aged care, and community sectors.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Conducting functional and ADL assessments
• Delivering capacity-building and therapeutic interventions in home, community, or aged care settings
• Providing equipment and home modification recommendations to enhance independence and safety
• Collaborating with families, support coordinators, and other health professionals
• Contributing to reports, progress notes, and client goal planning

Who You Are

• AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
• Committed to person-centred, evidence-informed care
• Able to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Positive, proactive, and open to collaboration
• Experience with NDIS, aged care, or community work is desirable
