About Centrecare
Centrecare is a not-for-profit organisation with over 300 employees and is committed to delivering quality professional counselling, support, accommodation, mediation, and training services in over 11 locations across the Perth metropolitan, Goldfields and South West regions.
The Service: Stronger Together
Centrecare, in partnership with Wungening Aboriginal Corporation, delivers the Stronger Together, Intensive Family Support Service, a targeted early intervention program. The service aims to ensure children live in safe, stable, and nurturing environments by supporting families to keep children safely at home or to reunify them after out-of-home care. Stronger Together provides intensive, in-home support to families most at risk of child protection involvement. Working closely with families and the Department of Communities – Child Protection and Family Support, the program takes a culturally responsive, strengths-based approach to address safety concerns and build long-term family wellbeing.
