About you
You are an experienced health professional with a passion for student learning and a background in paediatrics. With strong clinical and leadership skills, you’ve supported students through placements or teaching and are committed to improving service models. You work autonomously, communicate well with academics, and bring a focus on innovation and the student experience.
About the role
Reporting to the Dean of Programs, you will develop and implement sustainable therapy and education activities in Occupational Therapy for the UniSA Health and Medical Clinic. You will supervise students, manage a therapy caseload, and build client referral pathways. The role includes developing partnerships, establishing an education-embedded service model, and linking with academic programs to enhance student education quality and capacity.

To be successful you will need
- Degree in Occupational Therapy, AHPRA registration, and minimum 3 years' recent clinical experience
- Experience in innovative service delivery under NDIS, Medicare or private models
- Skilled in supervising and teaching Occupational Therapy students
- Strong collaboration, organisation, and multitasking abilities in clinical and academic settings
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for teaching and ongoing improvement
