$85,000 – $120,000 + Super |

About the Role
Step into a small, close-knit paediatric therapy practice that puts connection, family, and fun at the heart of everything we do. You’ll deliver OT services across clinic, school, home and community settings offering variety, autonomy, and plenty of opportunity to shape your week around the caseload that inspires you most.
Caseload Focus
You’ll support children with a broad range of developmental needs, including:
• Self-care routines and independence
• Handwriting and fine motor development
• Gross motor coordination, posture and strength
• Emotional regulation and managing transitions
• Attention, memory and executive functioning
• Sensory processing and modulation
• Confidence, self-esteem and social skills
• Play-based development and perceptual abilities

What You’ll Bring
• Occupational Therapy degree (or graduating soon)
• AHPRA registration (or eligibility to apply)
• Passion for early intervention and paediatric care

• Confidence to work across clinic, school and home settings
• Working With Children Check
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle
