Are you a skilled concrete finisher looking for a long-term opportunity? Link-Force Au' is seeking experienced concrete finishers to join our team in Perth, WA 6000. As a Concrete Finisher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality concrete work to our clients across a range of construction projects.

What you'll be doing

Preparing, pouring, and smoothing concrete surfaces to specified standards and requirements

Operating power tools and equipment to achieve a smooth, polished concrete finish

Ensuring work areas are clean, safe, and in compliance with health and safety regulations

Collaborating with the construction team to deliver projects on time and to the client's satisfaction

Maintaining detailed records of work completed and materials used

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a concrete finisher, with a strong understanding of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques

Clean criminal record

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

Proficient in the use of power tools and equipment used in concrete finishing

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
