Launchpad Early Learning Lower Plenty is growing, and we’re looking for passionate Assistant Educators to join our vibrant and supportive team.

About the Role

We are seeking organised, enthusiastic, and motivated educators with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for early childhood education. In this role, you’ll support our Lead Educators in creating warm, welcoming, and engaging learning environments that nurture each child’s curiosity and development.

Previous experience in the early childhood sector is essential.

You’ll play a vital role in:

Building positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Assisting with the implementation of innovative and inclusive educational programs

Supporting smooth daily routines and transitions

Engaging in our exciting Out and About community program

Contributing to programs such as Bush Kinder, Sustainability, and our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

About You

To thrive in this role, you will:

Be passionate about early childhood education and creating nurturing environments

Be confident in supporting indoor/outdoor programs aligned with the EYLF and VEYLF

Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication

Understand programming, observation, and reflection cycles

Embrace inclusive practice and uphold the Child Safe Standards

Take initiative and contribute actively to continuous improvement projects including the QIP
