Established for 40 years, work for one of Australia's largest private Cardiology providers, with 30 Cardiologists offering a comprehensive range of Cardiac services.

The role:

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership and operational management of the Call Centre team. You will drive and develop team performance and coach team members to provide exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, you will be someone who leads example, who is inspiring and supportive to others, passionate, about delivering quality cardiac care and results focused.

• Base salary of $95,000 - $100,000 + super (based on experience)

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, coach and support your team to achieve quality and productivity targets.
• Respond to general and escalated queries from patients, doctors and team members.
• Lead by example in areas of professionalism, conduct and punctuality
• Develop action plans to optimise performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive dedication to customer service and share knowledge within the team.
• Identify areas of potential efficiency improvements

What we're looking for:

• Leading a team within a call centre environment is essential
• Experience within a medical environment is favorable
• A passion for people leadership, coaching & development and the ability to drive team engagement.
• A dependable team player who can be relied upon
• Have high attention to detail and organisational skills
