SCHADS Home Care 3.2, starting at $36.74 an hour (Minimum 2 hours paid shifts!)

Cality Care are a NDIS approved home care service provider operating in NSW and QLD. Our vision is Empowering Independence by providing high quality support service so people can live their lives in their own homes.

Seeking Experienced and Passionate NDIS Support workers to provide person centered care and support to our clients in various locations across:

Northern Beaches

Eastern Suburbs

Inner West

West Suburbs

South West Suburbs

We can offer a variety of shifts – Afternoon, Day, Morning, Weekends, and even flexible.

This role is responsible for providing in-home care and community support to our clients, to ensure they meet their daily needs and increase quality of life.

Some of the services that we deliver include but not limited to:

Community access and social support

Daily activities

Personal care

Manual handling

Domestic assistance

Transport services

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience

Must be available for a minimum of 15 hours per week

Willing to pick-up last-minute shifts

Must have Australian Driver’s License & Reliable Car

Must have Current NDIS Worker check and WWCC or willing to obtain

First aid/ CPR Certificate

Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent experience desirable but NOT ESSENTIAL

Be able to provide 2 current/recent work-related references
