We are looking for a strong, passionate and experienced Bottle Shop Attendant.

About the role

Join the vibrant team at Legends Bar and Bottle Shop as a Senior Bottle Shop Attendant. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining the smooth operation of our bottle shop. Situated in the heart of Attadale, WA 6156, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a thriving hospitality business.

What you'll be doing

· Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them select the perfect beverages

· Maintaining inventory, stocking shelves, and ensuring the bottle shop is well-organised and presentable

· Processing customer payments and transactions efficiently

· Adhering to all liquor licensing and responsible service of alcohol regulations

· Supporting the wider bar team with tasks as required

What we're looking for

· Someone who is able to work 25 - 30 hours per week including nights and weekends (Ideally Tuesday through to Saturday)

· Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably within the bar or beverage industry

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service

· A keen interest in and knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits

· Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently

· Proven track record of maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environment

· A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

· Approved Managers Card (Advantageous)
