About the business and the role

AC&T Education Migration is an education/migration agency, we provide services and advices to International Students. We aim to support students throughout this process and ensure a smooth transition when studying abroad.

Due to continuous growth of the business, we are currently seeking Education Counsellor to join our team at our Brisbane office.

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Provide the best options to international students to achieve their education and/or migration goals.
• Sell and promote our services.
• Work with Director and Office Manager and Report marketing targets to them on monthly basis.
• Liaise between international students and education providers.
• Keep updated with latest regulations and course informations from education providers and Department of Home Affairs.
• Maintain consistent levels of efficiency and productivity

Skills and experience

• Bilingual (Mandarin and English)
• Experience in providing international education counselling/admissions (min. 3 years) with QEAC Certification
• Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Patient, self-motivated and adaptable to the needs of each client
• Desire to work collaboratively within a team environment
