Product Assembly & Fitment Team Member

Wage Range $75,000 - $90,000 ($38 - $45.50/hr) dependant on experience.

ARASolutions, under the Placeable brand, designs, manufactures, & installs a series of full-serviced accessible portable bathrooms for government groups, health care operators, private citizens involving the NDIS, city councils, department of human services & community organisations.

We have a bright & busy future with continued strong sales growth & we now need to attract an experienced Product Assembly & Fitment Team Member on a full-time permanent basis.

You will join with our existing team of manufacturing trades, trade assistants, installers, operations, sales professionals, & logistics employees.

Ideally you will come from a trade background or have relevant experience in production, large product assembly or even from a mechanical fitting background. You will need to be mechanically minded & handy on the tools. This is a challenging role & after some training it is expected that you to be the expert assembler with knowledge & skills to lead the team as we grow into the future.

You must be motivated to succeed, well presented, & exhibit a professional attitude. We can offer an immediate start with an attractive package & flexibility in the role.

This role is critical to the future success of the business & has been created to assist our Placeable Assembly & Fitment Team to deliver quality products for our customers, with zero harm, on time, & on budget.

Our ideal candidate will have:

At least 3-5 years’ experience in a product assembly role. It would be great if you have a formal trade background or a good level of relevant practical experience.
