Our Chartered Accounting practice works with a diverse client base, including individuals, families, business owners, and self-managed superannuation funds.

About the role

We have an opportunity for a Graduate Accountant to join us and are seeking a bright, dedicated and enthusiastic individual ready to start their professional career within a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills and attributes:

A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar discipline

Results which enable CA/CPA professional study to commence

Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate with clarity and fluency

The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Must be legally able to work in Australia

Initially occupying a Graduate role, our intention is for you to progress to qualification as a CA/CPA and your duties will include but are not limited to:

Preparation of financial statements for Companies, Trusts, Partnerships, Superannuation Funds and Individuals

Preparation and lodgement of income tax returns, Business & Instalment Activity Statements

General accounting and bookkeeping

Liaison with the ATO, State Revenue Office and other authorities

Direct communication with clients
