This is a hands-on Engineering Manager role. You’ll be leading a squad of talented engineers while still coding daily in TypeScript, working across a modern, cloud-native stack. You’ll play a central role in building customer-facing features, scaling systems, and shaping the team’s technical culture as the company expands.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead a small team of engineers (3–5) through code, mentorship, and delivery
• Drive hands-on development using TypeScript (NestJS, Vue)
• Partner with Product and Design to ship high-impact features
• Shape engineering practices and roadmap
• Solve complex technical challenges that connect software to physical logistics
• Champion quality, security, and performance in everything you ship

Your environment

• TypeScript, Vue.js, NestJS
• Microservices, PostgreSQL
• AWS, CI/CD pipelines, containerisation
• Emphasis on secure coding, test automation, and continuous delivery

What we’re looking for

• Strong software engineering background with recent experience in hands-on coding
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching other engineers
• Great communicator who thrives in cross-functional work
• A product mindset - you care about users, not just systems
• Ready to take the step into leadership, but not ready to hang up your keyboard
• Bonus if you’ve worked in logistics, manufacturing, or with hardware interfaces - but it’s not required.
