The Role

This is a Casual Senior Grounds & Maintenance Worker position located at Reflections Holidays Scotts Head.

The purpose of the role is to carry out grounds & maintenance work within the park and recreation reserve.

In this role, you will:

• Operate small plant and hand-operated equipment, such as ride on mower, brush cutter, hedge trimmer and other general lawn & gardening tools.
• Assist and direct visitors within the park.
• Maintain gardens and trees to ensure a safe environment for visitors and employees.
• Undertake general grounds maintenance and minor repairs of site facilities as required.
• Undertake cleaning of guest amenities.
• Undertake regular cleaning and maintenance of park vehicles.
• Ongoing internal and external training and development courses.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in horticulture or bush regeneration
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Great teamwork and communication skills.
• A 'can-do', solutions-focused attitude.
• The physical ability to do manual work in all conditions.
• Flexible availability to work including weekend, peak holiday seasons and public holiday work.

Experience in a similar role is desirable.
