About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Champion – a friendly, flexible, people-focused professional who thrives on building relationships, enjoys variety, and takes real pride in making a difference.

In this role, you’ll be our go-to support for sales and merchandising coverage when one of our team is on leave or unavailable. You’ll also complete routine store visits to ensure our products are well presented and fully stocked.
It’s a metro-wide role, from Alkimos to Mandurah, so you’ll need to be someone who enjoys being on the road and doesn’t let the traffic ruffle your feathers.

Key Responsibilities

Step in to provide sales and merchandising support across stores when colleagues are away

Conduct store visits to ensure products are well displayed, stocked, and compliant with brand standards

Build rapport and foster strong relationships with store staff and retail partners

Represent Auslink Foods with warmth, professionalism, and a commitment to service excellence

Adapt quickly to new locations, environments, and people – always with a warm, professional, helpful, and upbeat attitude.

Seamless customer experience and sales coverage, even when others are away, with no drop to service quality

Consistent, high-standard merchandising across all assigned locations

Consistent and positive feedback from customers, stores, and internal colleagues

About You

You’re a natural connector – friendly, sociable, and genuinely curious about others. You enjoy working in different locations, adapting to new situations, and being part of a team that has each other’s backs.

You’re empathetic and collaborative, quick to understand people, and generous with your support. You don’t get stuck on how others do things – you just jump in and help. And because this role involves daily travel, you're confident behind the wheel and take the frequent traffic jams in your stride.

What You’ll Need

The legal right to live and work in Australia

Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset

Proven reliability and a passion for great service

Comfortable using digital tools for reporting, surveys, and communication

A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential)

Ability to self-manage while remaining highly collaborative

Bonus points if you have experience in: Sales, merchandising, retail, or customer service
