The Role:
As we expand our services and welcome new clients, Heal at Home is seeking multiple Enrolled Nurses to join our compassionate team in the North and South regions of Perth. These casual positions offer the flexibility you need while empowering you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. In this role, you will provide high-quality care in the community, meet health needs, manage complex conditions, and deliver holistic support that enhances person-centred care.
Under the guidance of our Registered Nurses, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering comprehensive care according to the client's care plan.
- Managing and monitoring medications, as well as providing both simple and complex wound care, continence support, and stoma care.
- Offering specialised care to clients with conditions such as diabetes, epilepsy, and complex bowel needs.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Post graduate Enrolled Nurse experience, preferably in home or community-based care.
-Experience in managing complex care such as ventilators,CPAP, BIPAP, care of tracheostomies (Desirable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for supporting clients in their healthcare journey in their own homes.
- Willingness to travel across various locations.

To Be Considered for This Role, You Must Provide:
- Current AHPRA registration without any working conditions.
- Valid National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months).
- Full WA driver's license.
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Valid Working with Children Check.
- Right to work in Australia.
- Certificate in Assisting Clients with Medication.
- Current First Aid and CPR training certificates.
- Manual Handling certificate.
