About the Role

As Centre Director, you will:

Manage day-to-day operations, compliance, staffing, and budgeting

Lead and mentor your team with kindness, courage, and clarity

Foster a respectful and collaborative workplace culture

Build meaningful connections with families and the local community

Ensure full compliance with NQS, EYLF, and National Law

Work closely with your Area Manager to achieve enrolment and business goals

Be confident in addressing challenges early with professionalism

Be willing to jump on the floor and lead by example when needed

✅ What You’ll Bring

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-recognised)

A minimum of 1 year experience as a Centre Director in a service licensed for up to 60 places

Valid Working with Children Check

First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications

In-depth understanding of EYLF, NQS, and National Regulations

Proven ability to lead teams and resolve conflicts constructively

Strong communication and time management skills

A hands-on, proactive, and inclusive leadership style
