We are looking for an experienced Front End Developer to join a large-scale government digital transformation initiative in Brisbane. You'll play a critical role in designing, building, and testing modern web-based applications in a dynamic Agile environment. This is for an initial 12 month Contract with WFH flex and market rates !

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and test web applications using tools like Microsoft Visual Studio, VS Code, GIT, Microsoft Rush, and Storybook.js
• Build solutions using modern front-end technologies such as Angular, HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, Knockout.js, and Stencil.js
• Work within Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews
• Ensure high standards of accessibility, functionality, and alignment with business requirements
• Apply a strong understanding of HTTP protocols, status codes, JavaScript promises, and REST APIs
• Operate both independently and collaboratively, with a commitment to continuous learning

ABOUT YOU

• Australian Citizenship is essential with minimum Baseline Security clearnance
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication
• Proven experience in front-end web development using modern frameworks and tools
• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and team-based collaboration
• High attention to detail and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code
