BeSafe Inspections is a well-established, Sydney-based company known for delivering thorough, honest, and easy-to-understand pre-purchase Building and Pest Inspections. With steady demand across Sydney, we're now looking for an experienced and insured contractor to join our team and cover the Central Coast up to Newcastle region.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re after a professional contractor who has:

Experience in building and/or pest inspections

Accreditation in pest control (Cert III – Timber Pest Inspection, Code 8 & 10)

A trade background in building or similar

A current NSW Driver’s Licence

A recent Police Check (within 6 months)

Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance

Strong communication and customer service skills

A professional, reliable and detail-oriented work ethic

Physical fitness (you’ll be accessing subfloors and roof voids daily)

A positive attitude and willingness to work independently or as part of a team

Experience in building inspections is preferred, but if you’re only pest qualified, we’re happy to provide training.

Monday to Friday only – most jobs start at 9am and finish by 5pm
