Metroll Dubbo has been supplying service and building solutions to the Central West building industry for over 35 years.

We are currently looking for Internal Sales/Customer Service Professionals to join the amazing team at our Dubbo Branch. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales/customer enquiries, providing quotations, processing orders and liaising with the production & logistics teams. You will market Metroll's products and services, providing excellent customer service at all times.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and abilities:

• Previous customer service or telephone sales experience would be an essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
• Exceptional communication skills and a great work ethic.
• Medium to Strong computer skills would be an advantage.
• The ability to work as part of a team and also autonomously.
• Enthusiastic, driven with a willingness to learn.

We are looking for individuals with a positive personality, showing high initiative and providing our customers with excellent customer service. If you’ve worked previously within retail or you have experience in the Steel/building industry this would be highly regarded but not essential.
