Due to recent growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented, experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor.

Temp to Perm

$48.84 per hour Plus Supervisor Allowance $3.72 per hour

Monday to Friday 2:30pm - 10:30pm

Altona North Location

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Develop the Team: Direct, motivate, and allocate tasks to the warehouse team, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols and SOPs. Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback.

Drive Inventory Accuracy: Oversee the storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate and timely data entry in the WMS. Conduct regular inventory checks

Optimize Operational Efficiency: Ensure seamless and safe warehouse operations in compliance with regulations. Monitor equipment functionality, report damages, and implement process improvements.

What we are looking for in our ideal candidate:

Proven experience in a warehouse environment,

Forecasting, Kpi management , performance management

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.

Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.

Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and accurate data entry skills.

Knowledge of and commitment to safety regulations and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

A proactive and continuous improvement mindset.

Forklift licence

RF Scanning programmes ( Scanpack)

You MUST have previous experience operating as a warehouse supervisor, A full drivers licence (Learners permit not accepted) and a reliable vehicle.
