About the role

Retirement Villages Home Care is seeking passionate and dedicated Personal Care Attendants to join our team across Various sites in QLD, NSW and VIC. As a casual role, this position offers the flexibility to work around your schedule and commitments. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality personal care and support to our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety and overall wellbeing.

What you'll be doing

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting

Monitor and report on residents' health, nutritional and emotional needs

Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care

Collaborate with the broader care team to deliver a seamless and holistic service

Uphold the company's values and commitment to resident-centric care

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Personal Care Attendant or similar role in the aged care or disability support sector

Demonstrated ability to provide empathetic and dignified care to elderly individuals

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with residents and their families

Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care

Completed Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification

Current First Aid and CPR certification
