About Us

Eden Brew is revolutionizing nutrition with its next-generation protein fortification platform.

The demand for nutritional supplements is steadily increasing, driven by poor dietary habits, food intolerances, and the rise of medical solutions for diabetes and weight management that require high-density nutrition.

However, many supplements on the market fall short in effectiveness. Common issues include low bioavailability, suboptimal formulations, inefficient delivery methods, and nutrient competition that hinders proper absorption.

Our innovative approach, developed in collaboration with CSIRO, and backed by Main Sequence Ventures, Norco, and a growing network of investors and partners, focuses on unlocking the power of nature's own delivery system: the casein micelle. These micelles, naturally found in milk and renowned for delivering calcium, are being harnessed by Eden Brew to carry essential minerals like iron, magnesium, and zinc. This unique functionality ensures slow release and high bioavailability, providing superior nutrition that is both lactose-free and animal-free, all while being fully scalable.

The Eden Brew Team

The Eden Brew team is ambitious, courageous, caring, nutrition-obsessed and collaborative. We are devoted to building our team with like-minded professionals. Being a part of Eden Brew means being part of our incredible journey of changing the world. We are conquering new frontiers in science that will help to improve wellbeing now, and create a sustainable future for all creatures, great and small. Every hire we make is critical to our mission, and a highly-valued member of the team. Eden Brew values people and culture above everything. We strive to deliver a great life experience, as well as amazing science, and we aim to provide a supportive, fun, and enriching environment for our people.
