About the Role
We are currently recruiting additional Team Members (Process Workers) to join our Eagle Farm processing site.

Daily Tasks

Packing food products into bags and boxes according to specifications.

Inspect products for quality and report any issues to supervisors promptly.

Label and seal finished good with accuracy.

Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area

Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

Assist with additional tasks as directed by the team leader

Perform processing tasks efficiently and work to meet individual and group targets

Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting, pulling, pushing, bending and reaching

Follow safety procedures, proactively identify risks, and report concerns

Ensure the workplace is cleaned and maintained to required standards

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking individuals with:

Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately, following in accordance with policies and standards.

Strong written and verbal communication to ensure effective teamwork and understanding of instructions.

Calm and methodical approach to problem-solving when faced with challenges.

A reasonable level of physical capability to safely perform manual tasks including lifting up to 15kg.

Shift Options

We offer set shifts to suit your lifestyle:

Afternoon Shift: 2pm – 10pm

Pay and Progression

• Starting Hourly Base Rate for Part time and Full time: $27.58

Opportunity to increase to $29.30 after completing on-the-job training and meeting performance goals.

Shift allowance for afternoon
