Bridge Eye Care is a modern, affordable clinic run by experienced optometrists and a skilled, friendly team. The practice offers comprehensive eye‑health examinations and vision assessments, and its shelves feature an extensive range of fashionable frames and eyewear.

Bridge Eye Care has been part of the Murray Bridge community since after the end of World War 2 in the 1940’s.

Your Role:

Formulate and execute purchasing, pricing and marketing strategies to improve operational excellence and drive sales.

Promote and advertisement the services and products, leveraging digital media channels and local campaigns to attract and retain customers.

Implement suitable strategy to build and nature strong relationships with our valued patients and healthcare partners.

Manage day-to-day operations including patient care coordination, staff rosters and financial management.

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, clinical‑governance and optical‑industry regulations.

Recruit, train and supervise the team, fostering a customer‑centric culture and monitoring performance to exceed service and sales targets.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualification: minimum of Diploma‑level qualification in business, retail, healthcare, or a related field.

At least 3 years of proven experience in healthcare management, optical background is advantageous.

A passion for healthcare and a commitment to delivering excellent patient outcomes.

Business acumen, with a focus on financial and operational management.

Proven leadership abilities with a strong focus on coaching and developing high‑performing teams.

Working knowledge of Medicare, private health‑insurance processes, and relevant healthcare compliance requirements.
