Our goal is to help enterprises expand globally and build efficient logistics bridges between China, Australia, and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and deliver parcels accurately, safely, and on time as assigned.

Handle parcel handovers, confirmations, and signatures; resolve basic delivery issues.

Maintain good customer relationships and represent the company professionally.

Ensure parcel security and compliance with transport and safety regulations.

Assist with basic warehouse tasks such as sorting and loading when required.

Report any delivery issues or customer feedback to the operations team.

Requirements:

High school education or above with basic communication skills.

Valid driver’s license and good knowledge of local routes.

Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors.

Reliable, responsible, and efficient work ethic.

Previous experience in logistics or courier services is a plus.

Basic proficiency in both English and Chinese

Working Hours:

Working hours for this role are flexible and may vary depending on delivery needs, including occasional evening shifts. Morning shifts will not start too early.
