We're currently recruiting Casual Childcare Educators/Vacation Care Assistants to join supportive, fun, and professional teams who genuinely value their staff.
✨ The Roles
- Childhood Educators
- Based at a well-regarded daycare centre in Byron Bay
- Ongoing casual shifts available (7am - 6pm) to cover the busy school holiday season
- Work with a supportive and passionate team of educators
- Cert III or Diploma-qualified candidates looking for flexibility
- Vacation Care Assistants
- Work across multiple school holiday programs over the stunning Northern Rivers region
- Ideal for energetic individuals who love working with children during holiday breaks
- Great for educators, students, or support workers with school holiday availability
🧸 What We're Looking For
- A love for working with children and a naturally positive, energetic personality
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to provide direction and support to young groups
- Creativity, confidence, and a fun-loving approach - crafty, sporty, or outdoorsy is a big plus!
✅ Must-Have Requirements
For Childcare Educators:
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current First Aid & CPR
For Vacation Care Roles:
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid & CPR
