Our restaurant and bar is one of the most unique hospitality venues you will find in Perth! We are tucked away in the Perth Hills, approximately 10-15 minutes drive from Mundaring. Located in Amaroo Retreat & Spa, we service in-house guests along with the general public. We offer a beautifully curated dining menu with a large drink selection including wines, spirits and cocktails.

QUALIFICATION & THE ROLE

RSA is essential.

Barista training is advantegous, but not essential.

A good understanding of cocktails & wine knowlege.

Having worked in hospitality previously for a minimum of 12 months is required.

The abilitiy to work quickly and efficiently while maintaing a high level of customer service is a must.

We're looking for someone who can commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Weekend & night work us required.

This role will really suit someone looking for a long term position.

Possible fuel allowance for the right candidate depending on the travel time.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet and greet customers, answering phone calls & taking bookings.

Serving and mixing drinks, including wine, beer & cider, spirits and cocktails.

Taking orders, running food, setting up & packing down for service.

Keeping a clean and hygienic working space.

Working closely with other members of staff.
