Modern Family Early Learning is seeking a dedicated Diploma Qualified Educator to join our passionate team delivering high-quality education and care to children aged 12 months to 5 years.

🌟 About the Role

In this role, you will:

Foster nurturing, trusting relationships with children and their families

Support each child’s learning and development through purposeful, play-based experiences

Ensure adherence to the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and centre policies

Work in partnership with your team and leadership to create engaging programs

Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment for every child

🎓 About You

We are looking for someone who has:

A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications

A thorough understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)

A professional, warm, and adaptable approach to early learning

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
