About your new role

As a Fleet Maintenance Trade Assistant, you will play a key support role assisting with non-technical body repairs and ensuring the smooth operation of workshop activities. Your responsibilities will include rustproofing, fitting and adjusting bolt-on/bolt-off components, and stripping and reassembling vehicles to support maintenance and repair work. You’ll also work closely with tradespeople, providing hands-on assistance to help maintain efficiency across the workshop.

We're looking for people who have:

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to support and maintain efficient workshop operations
• A self-driven and pro-active attitude with the ability to work independently
• Drivers Licence C Class Unrestricted
• Certificate II or higher in Engineering – Mechanical Trade or equivalent experience or knowledge
