As Storeperson/Customer Service Representative, your role will be a mix between warehousing and customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting customers both at the trade counter and over the phone by offering quotes, expert advice, and warm, helpful service

Carefully picking, packing, and dispatching orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction

Receiving and managing stock, while maintaining a clean, well-organised warehouse and showroom

Collaborating with a supportive, grounded team that values teamwork and looks out for one another

Requirements:

Experience in customer service, warehousing, retail, or a similar practical role

Ideally, you will have experience within the HVAC industry

Forklift licence or a willingness to obtain one (we'll cover the cost)

Eagerness to learn and understand technical product details

Basic computer proficiency, including Excel and Word

Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner

A proactive mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach

Valid driver's licence

Australian permanent resident or citizen
