Who you are:

An experienced family lawyer with strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills

Comfortable managing complex personal dynamics with empathy and strength

Ideally with commercial litigation experience (not essential but highly valued)

Any experience in property law, business acquisitions, and/or investment, charity and fundraising law (including capital raising or managed investment schemes) will be highly valued — but is not essential.

Entrepreneurial mindset, with a desire to grow something of your own
